2. What personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, country of residence.
- Case-related information: nationality, immigration and residency history, family composition, professional background, financial information, and supporting documents you choose to share with us, such as passports, contracts, or proof of income, once you engage us for a specific service.
- Communications: records of correspondence, consultation notes, and any information you provide through our contact forms or during a Free Strategy Session.
We do not collect more information than is necessary for the purpose it is collected for.
3. Why we process your data, and the legal basis

We do not use your personal data for marketing communications, and we do not run any mailing list.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is described below.
- Public authorities: Portuguese and Spanish authorities where required to progress your case (for example AIMA, Finanças, or the relevant consular or immigration office), only to the extent necessary for the service you have instructed.
- Golden Visa coordination: where we refer or coordinate a Golden Visa application through trusted partners, your case-related personal data stays with Ponte. We do not share your personal data with those partners as part of this coordination.
- Service providers: Hostinger, our website hosting provider, and [CONFIRM: whether the Elementor contact form uses any off-site integration; if not, remove this line], acting as processors under standard hosting/service terms.
- Legal and professional obligations: professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
5. International data transfers
We do not currently transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. If this changes, for example through the introduction of a new tool or service provider, we will update this policy and, where required, put an appropriate safeguard in place before any such transfer occurs.
6. How long we keep your data
Retention depends on the nature of the service:
- Company formation, business internationalisation, and other services subject to anti-money-laundering identification duties: we retain the relevant documentation for 7 years from the date your identification was carried out, or from the end of the business relationship, in line with Article 51 of Lei n.º 83/2017.
- All other services, including visa, residency, and citizenship matters: we retain your data for the duration of our engagement plus the period necessary to meet our professional and legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion, where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) in Portugal, or the relevant supervisory authority in Spain.
